hi, im new to this forum my names mike n im 28, i recently purchased a bora from a private seller, its on a x reg (2001) now i noticed when i purchased it, it had rust over the drivers arch which is pretty bad, over the passenger arch which barely visable and over the passenger rear arch and little bit on 2 of the doors, now i rang the customer services and they told me to take it to my main dealer which was liverpool, they took photos and a report and supposedly sent it off, just under 2 weeks i got a phone call off the dealer i sent it to and they said it had been rejected due to it being edging fold rust. from what iv read up on these are all common faults and should be rectified by volkswagen warrenty or a gesture of good will. i have been in touch with customer services since and they fobbed me off with some excuses again like the main dealer, i have been told to bypass VAG.UK and get in touch with VAG.DE can anyone help me to contact them cos i cant find any contact numbers or email addys
