I think Bilstein only makes one true coil over setup for our era Jetta's. They are top of the line, fully adjustable, and expensive. The first think you need to decide before doing ANY mod is "What do I want this mod to acomplish?" Once you have answered that honestly, you need to look at components that will acomplish this goal. If the goal is to simply "Look cool" than you can usually get away with less expensive components or methods. If your goal is true "Performance", you gotta spend some cash. Anything less and you will be dissapointed. If you set an autocross/racing goal, but have a small budget, save your money because cheaping out will leave you disapointed, and your money is still spent. The biggest hurdle to overcome is being honest with yourself with your needs and goals. If you want your car to look cool, you don't need Bilsteins.

Good luck with your decision.
