Default Clutch

So im sure this has been on here alot but im new to this forum as well as vw. ive worked on many civics accords and im a die hard Old school fairlady z fan. ive got a buddy having the infamous 1.8t clutch problem. im alittle weary on replacing the clutch but we are in the marine corps, deploying soon and short on time. so i was wondering if anyone can run me through the changing a clutch process in baby steps? thanks for all of the help!

Get a repair manual for $20. My hands would cramp up if I had to type how to do it.
