Best chip for VR6?
 

im thinking about getting my 2001 VW vr6 chipped i was just wanting some opinions on APR or GIAC with will work best with the engine and if there is any problems? im not worry about warranty cuz i dont have one. and what kind of HP and response is common?

GIAC is the best! If you call GIAC they will give you the nearest location where you can get the chip. Streamline in Salt Lake City is close to me...but I got my chip put in, which all it is is remapping the ECU using GIAC software from a laptop, cost me $300 and it was a huge improvement, but you have to use tghe highest octance gas otherwise it doesn't work well.
