I just purchased this jetta a few weeks ago and just the other day all four windows will go DOWN but not UP. I have tried using the buttons that are on the seperate doors themselves but that still gives me that same problem. If anyone knows what I could do about this please let me know. Thanks

 

Your window regulators went bad.. Very common problem with VW cars. Need to replace them. This happened to me as well (1997 Jetta GLS).

 

easy fix remount newaccuator in new location and should work fine.
