Think I need to take apart the door from inside and check the bars?

Already tried resetting by unlocking and locking all doors from outside but no dice...

Anyone familiar with this minor operation?

had same problem but mine was a lil different... da cylinder froze... i mean litterally froze... i jus poured water on it in the mornings lol

my cylinder literally fell out the other day so i'm just gonna have to take the handle off and the inside door pannel and try to reattach it, luckily i have a haynes manual.thanks though
