92 Jetta stumbles on acceleration

I have a 1992 Jetta 1.8 and when I bought the car, I replaced the o2 sensor to cure some problems and then replaced the coolant sensor and it fixed the low end stubling as I was told it would, but now after about 2 weeks of driving it is starting to stumble on accelaration again. I already dud a complete tune up, replaced plug, o2 sensor, collant sensor, oil pressure sensors, lol, what else could it be. after I did all this and the 2 weeks passed, I pulled the plugs and they looked like it is burning rich again, so after only maybe 500-1000 miles, I just put new ones in again, they are cheap so let's get them out of the way again, checked all woring, put fuel injector cleaner in and come on, help me, what else could it be? I also replaced the fuel filter back at the tank , but when I took a recent trip of about 200 miles, I did kinda run the fuel tank pretty low, just trying to say it all, it was running perfect, now it is stumbling again, Help me,

Woody

might be wires or coil

Has new wires and rotor and cap, didn't replace the coil, but wouldn't that have more to do with not having spark, and I have good spark at all plugs

spray the coil with a water bottle see if you get a short or a spark jumping out
