87 Jetta no power to fuel pump
 

I'm working on an 87 Jetta 1.8 signal cam and there is no power to fuel pump. All of the fuses look good. When it died it was acting like it was out of gas it started a couple times but now it wont start at all. I got it to fire with spraying carb cleaner in the intake. Im not sure if it is a relay or something else. Any help? Please
