3 bolts turbo/manifold help .03,wolfsburg-Turbo 1.8T
 

Hi all,
I'm New to volkswagen period,
Bought a used 2003 Jetta Wolfsburg editon turbo 1.8 5 speed nightmare.

Many things happen but I am now on a manifold problem.

I had air leaks like crazy . took off manifold to the exhaust and found no gasket and the 3 bolts on top that connect manifold to turbo/down pipe (sorry do not know proper name) were loose dew to all 3 bolts don't belong their. 1 bolt short other 2 blots were to big and someone tried to force thread but only the tip was in.

Can some one please help me with the size and length to this bolt .
Volkswagen wants 87 $:eek: for so-called special bolts:confused: which is BS rip-off

If all you need is the 3 mounting bolts, there you go. $9 a piece. If you need a full hardware kit (studs, bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets) for the turbo on both ends (manifold and downpipe) they have a full kit on that site as well for less than what VW was trying to sell you those "special bolts" for.

Life saver bro ty :D Just needed the 3 bolts size and length.

Thanks to that link my task is done.

My car has many problems after I do some research and see if I can fix them. If I get stuck should I build of this thread and give a new title or start a new ?
