Hello,
Hoping someone can help out - just bought a used 2013 Jetta wagon in pretty good shape, no accidents in Carfax records. The driver's side door lock is having intermittent issues, to the point where we had to get in from the passenger's side. The door itself appears a little off and we are going to try to level it. The same door window doesn't roll down all the way either.

Would love any suggestions!
