2011 Jetta touch screen radio stopped working
 

Hello everyone, can someone help me or give me advice for my 2011 VW Jetta 88,000 miles.

Yesterday my car radio stopped working it was factory installed, I bought the car from a VW dealership. It is a delphi p/n 28252074 it's the RCD510 radio. Tried unplugging the radio and nothing occurred. I tested all fuses they are good.

Although I do not know the exact fuse, If someone can help me with which number is it ? I see a fuse box next to the battery and a fuse box under the steering wheel. Any advice anyone from anyone? I do not want to just go to the dealer and pay too much If I don't have to

Without knowing your Type Code its hard to say. Vehicle details from Option sticker

On mine F28 15A on the side of the dash Control Unit with display for Radio and Navigation (J503).

In the e-box fuses under the engine compartment F8 25A Control Unit with display for Radio and Navigation (J503).

I don't have sat/nav in mine so mine are vacant.
