The fans on it do not work. I checked the fan by starting it directly with a battery, and they worked. But, the fan doesn't even start when the water heat is all the way up to 260. I also checked the fuses and they work normally. Any help?

I assume you mean the cooling fans?

Have you checked the sensor switch in the radiator?
