2006 Jetta 2.0t - Just about to BUY it - Sound on Cold start (Video) - Please advise?

I have never owned a turbo car in my life.
This is the first. My dad said its the right choice given all the Jetta's we saw were in bad condition until we saw this. And the 5-cyl is apparently not as great as the 2.0t.

Anyways, I have never heard the motor on one of these. SO is this noise normal? I made a video of the cold start:


I gave a deposit on the car and hopefully can get it back if you guys advise its not normal.

The color of the engine oil was DARK brown. is this normal? the dealer dude said it is....

And how about filling it with regular octane gas? is that bad??
