2004 jetta gli whistling sound??
 

i have a 2004 jetta gli and everytime im going slow, say 5mph there is this whistling sound, i could just have it on neutral just riding along without pressing the brakes and it does it...soon as i speed up it goes away? anyone have an idea on what that is?? thanks.
