2003 Jetta VR6 shuts off
 

My 2003 Jetta VR6 intermittently shuts off in hot, humid weather when the A/C is on. It'ssometimes preceeded by 3 beeps on the dash, and some dash lights flashing. It's always starts back up. Sometimes my clock and odometerresets. Seems like a hard short in A/C compressor, relays, fan? Dealer can't get it right after several visits -very frustrating. Car has 54k on it - any ideas? Thanks

check conections at battery
check fuses on top of battery and the conectons to that fues box pull the bladefuses out and look at the ends
