Looking for some friendly advice. 2003 Jetta 1.8 T with just under 60,000 mi. Never had any problems, but now that the warranty is over, what is the concensus on having the work done at vw dealership vs. privately owned garage?

 

Not sure but alot of stuff you can D.I.Y unless your uncomfortable. but it is much cheaper than going to a shop. as for rates in Privatly owned vs. VW Dealershipshop around and get quotes.
