Default 2003 Jetta~Replace Window Motors or Return Vehicle?

Recently, I purchased a 2003 Jetta GL 2.0 from a dealership. The car has a little more than 112,000 miles on it. Cosmetically, it has only a few scratches here and there and a small dent in the bumper. The interior is essentially in excellent condition. I got a 1 year extended warranty that covers the engine, transmission, and front axles. I paid a grand total of around $6500 (includes car, warranty, sales tax, title). The problem is this, the window in the back does not work at all when I hit the open/close button. I'm guessing that most likely the window motor is gone. The other 2 passenger windows open, but the windows skip while opening. Another thing I noticed is that when I try to lock the car using the remote button (yes, it's one of those where it's the key and remote in one), the car is not locked at all. Around how much would it cost to get just the non-working window fixed? How much would it cost to repair the windows that skip? What could be causing the problem with the remote? Are these minor issues that can be fixed pretty easily? Or should I just return the car (the dealership does have a 3 day return policy)?
