I'm looking into getting a 2002 vw jetta, and im wondering if it would be capable of towing my 1979 vw bus short distances with a tow strap (i.e. when the bus is being towed somebody is in the bus braking when the jetta brakes, so no extra strain on the jetta's brakes, just horsepower to tow). It would just be for when the bus breaks down and I have to tow it back to my house.. probably no more than a few miles I live in a small town. But would this be possible?
