My 2002 jetta has had problems since I bought it brand new. About once a year whole radio console goes dead. The dealership suggested a 700$ new radio but i had a friend who went onto a volkswagon forum and was able to figure out a trick to fix it since lots of other people were having the same problem. The trick involved pulling a certain fuse and restarting the engine letting it run and then starting again. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Please help
