here is the video of me starting my car and the noise it makes, any help would be soooo greatly appreciated.

 

Well its hard to say from that short video where the noise is coming from. I would check the auxiliary belt (fan belt) and tensioner.

i took it to a place and had it looked at by a master tech mechanic and a guy who deals with Volkswagens specifically and basically they came to the conclusion it is somethign with the electric part of the ignition switch. Because i didnt even tell him this before but id barely turn the key sometimes and it would start itself, and also when it made this noise the stereo would sometimes cut off and on, so hearing those 2 things and with everything else they are 99.9% sure its that. So they are gonna fix it, sadly its gonna cost me $400.
