2001 Jetta - Engine Rebuild

Looking at purchasing a '01 Jetta that has had an engine rebuild. The seller offered me these details on the rebuild:

- 2001 Volkswagen Jetta (2.0 liter – gas) – Standard tranny
- Black exterior, black interior, window tint
- Heated seats, sun roof, exhaust tip
- 4 snow tires, 2 all seasons
- Zero rust
- Synthetic oil
- 248,000 kms
- Fully rebuilt engine (water pump, new piston rings, crank bearings, camshaft positioning sensor, head bolts, all new gaskets ( including head gasket) I lapped the valves and honed the cylinders cleaned the pistons up so they looked like new, the head was completely cleaned
- Timing belt with less than 20,000 kms
- New lower control arms, front wheel bearings, tie rod end, fuel pump
- 10,000 km’s since engine rebuild

I am looking for an opinion on this rebuild. Is it going to last for much longer. Pretty much looking for experiences on this rebuild and if anything was missed that might cause a problem. It was also done by a skilled technician. Thoughts on the km's with this rebuild? is it near the end of her life?

Thanks...

If all that stuff is true, about the engine getting rebuilt. Then, I shouldnt have any doubts. It should last you a long time, as long as you do regular maintanance.. Those 2.0 engines, are known to last for a very long time. Specially the older ones. Its hard to kill them.. lol
But, good luck!! =)
