2000 jetta 1.8 T won't start

2000 jetta 1.8 T won't start
My 2000 jetta 1.8T gas engine will run fine for a week or so, then every once in a while it will not start. It will turn over fine but no kick. Sometimes if I wait 10 minutes it will start. Yesterday I had to wait an hour before it would start again. Anyone help?
