Default 2.0 HP gains?

Got a Jetta mk4 2.0, I believe ABA engine. Any advice on HP gains? Got intake but I would like to do exhaust soon but I dont want it to sound like a ricer, something quiet but less restrictive than stock. Any ideas?

Might be making a deal to pickup a MSM with a Flyin Miata intake and exhaust. What are the real world horsepower gains. From what most people say its a good setup? Thanks. _______________________________________Website I designed for cash advance canada company.

Default 2 0 HP gains

Hi....I am thinking about selling stock I have purchased in the company I work for to help pay down some of my debt. I need some advice on where I can put the money short term to avoid capital gains tax. Then remove and pay of debt. Is this possible? Should I talk to a tax accountant or what is my next move.
Thanks
