1998 Jetta electrical problem.
 

Hi i jus attempted to connect a deck to my 1998 jetta k2. I connected all the wires properly, everything was working fine, but there was one wire from the deck harness and one from the car, the jetta manual says its "dash light dimmer" so i connected them just to see what would happen not at all expecting the whole car to act up once i tried to turn it on, the hazard lights come on, the starter goes crazy, like loud rapid clicking, the car try's to turn over but doesn't, the windows even all came down. I'm hoping that my computer isnt fried. Does anyone know what this could be, hopefully a relay or something. Thanks
