Exclamation 1996 aba overheating

So I have 40k on my waterpump and thermastat and I am overheating

My fan does not turn on when it gets hot so I unplugged my compressor cluch and am running the air to keep the fan running but it isn't helping

I'm away from home and am trying to drive back so I can tear it down to fix it but it isn't very fun stopping and letting it cool everytime it hits 230

Any ideas?
Is my water pump done?

I am a little low on coolant to turning on my heat does nothing
