1.8t -octane rating?
 

I've got an 01 jetta 1.8t and i've heard i should be using gas with a higher octane rating. Regular has an 87 rating, plus has an 89 rating and there is also a 92 rating gasoline at my local gas station. Should i be using 89 or 92?
