Hey All, I am new to the Forum. I just got my 2007 Jetta GLI yesterday. It has approximately 93K miles on it. When I turn the key to the on possition it is making a loud "puring" noise. Much like a loud Fuel Pump. I was unsure if it was the blower motor, the issue is happening whether I have the A/C fan on or not.
