Hi everyone, I'm kinda new to this forum. I have a 2006 Jetta. After having some cold-weather issues with my factory CD changer, I had it replaced with a new non-factory, in-dash DVD/Navigation system. The only problem is, now every time I turn the car on the clock and trip odometer reset to 12:00 and 0.0, respectively.

I'm a bit baffled as to why this would be happening, or what's causing it, and the guys who did the install are having a hard time figuring out what would be causing this, too.

Anyone else have a similar issue?
