Default 04' Jetta cylinder misfire help

About six months ago my check engine light had gone on and the code was a P0301. I replaced the coil pack, wires, and plugs and the problem had gone away. A month ago I got another light with the codes P0301 and P0353. I understand one is a cylinder 3 misfire and the other had something to do with the ignition coil. It is a very intermittent problem. Sometimes the light flashes and the car shakes like a misfire and sometimes the light is completely off and the problem is gone. Any ideas on where I should start looking to solve his problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks for the info its a start on the problem. Any idea where to go next? I had replaced what I thought would be the problem so I don't know where to start checking for problems in the engine bay.

There are plenty of online OBD error codes but they only tell you

P0301 Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
P0353 Ignition Coil "C" Primary/Secondary Circuit

not what to do about it, mine does in alot of cases.
