A friend of mine has an 03 Jetta with a keyless entry. She can only unlock the drivers door with the remote no matter how many times she hits the unlock button. She tried replacing the battery but to no avail. She doesn't have a manual and I am not familiar with Volkswagens so I need some help. Couldn't find any help after searching the forums. Most lock issues were with locking not unlocking.

hhhhhmmmmmm thats a toughey.....all i can honestly reccomend is searching vwvortex and asking around there
