03 Jetta Cooling Fan replacement
 

I need to replace my cooling fan in my 03 Jetta GLI 6 cylinder manual transmission, but no matter what I try I cannot get it out! I have all four of the screws out and the wires are disconnected. Anyone know what I am doing wrong or any helpful hints? Thank you!
