VW Rabbit dying when hot
 

In hot weather my 1985 VW will die after an hour or so of driving. The fuel pump is still running but the engine coughs sputters and dies. Will start after a few minutes and run for another few minutes and dies again. Haven't checked fuel pressure or power to injectors yet but asked here first to see if anyone has different ideas of the cause. Robert
