Firs off, it is not a stupid question. Infact nothing on a german car is a stupid question, cause every ditail is complex. Now if u are retarded, then I am too cause I dont know either, but from my own experiance, DO NOT force it out. there should be something to squeeze, or unclip. Look for it. also look in FAQ/do it yourself. Goodluck
