Hi there, I have an mk2 2.0 16v gti, and i'm wondering if i would see any noticeable gains in performance if it was straight piped with a silincer. I was originaly going to instal an aftermarket cat back exhaust, however where i live there is no air care/safety and a friend sugested i straight pipe it instead. Any feed back would be great.
