looking at 99.5 jetta tdi to buy ???
 

Hi i am looking at a 99.5 Jetta tdi 5 speed stick with 160000 mi on it did a test drive yesterday seems to run fine, all i could find wrong was a missing hub cap and the latch for the glove box was broken. The owner replaced the turbo about 10000 mi ago and did the water pump and timing belt while it was in the shop. what else should i look for? Engine light goes off when you start it. All accessories seem to work fine. Tires all are wearing eaves and i ran the vin # and clean title. He is asking $5500. is there anything special for that year that I should be checking or is there any problems wilt that year?
