Default Help: Program VW Key fob with NO Outside Keyhole

Hey guys,

just got my first vw and i'm new to this forum. The remote that came with my car is falling apart so I ordered a new one. It's here now and i have the instructions on how to program it, but it involves inserting a second key into the driver's side key hole. The problem is there is no key hole on the driver's and passenger's side doors. There is a hole on the trunk, but I don't know if that'd work for programming. There is no cap hiding the keyhole on the door, it is completely bare, which is strange.

Is there any way for me to program a key fob without using the driver's side keyhole?

That's weird... Try to program it from the trunk. Otherwise, your going to have to take it somewhere...
