heater control
 

My 2002 Jetta TDI suddenly blows hot air into the cabin. I turned the heat knob all the way
down, but it is still at max heat in July. I can direct airflow up or down, but it is HOT.
The a/c seem to work as the a/c lines in engine compartment get ice cold when a/c button
on. Any idea how to fix this and how to access the problem?...Bjorn
