i just got a 05 1.8T and its awesome. if i want to upgrade the turbo do i have to get different engine management?

You'll have to flash the computer, maybe go to bigger fuel injectors..it all depends what the upgrade
is rated for and what you're doing with it...

What year vr6? i just got a 2003 vr6.... dont know much about it.... tryn to do my homework on the engines and such

I think i need to join u in the studying. Im gettin a 02 VR6 on sunday. But in response to the turbo question i dont think you would have to do anything major. The 1.8T has a pretty good base for larger turbos as long you follow through with management a little.
