I have a 2002 GTI VR6. It was my dream car when I bought it and now it's becoming a nightmare. I only have 32k miles and the other day my engine light started flashing. It turns out the starter coil and catalytic converters were damaged. I did research and it appears there are hundreds of VW and Audi's with this issue. My dealer was so so bad, they were very dishonest and the whole thing was a nightmare. 2 weeks after they fixed it my light went on again.

I am looking for a good, honest VW mechanic in central Ma, I live in Worcester.
Does anyone know of someone good?
