89 16V Question
 

I just purchased what was said to be an 89 GTI 16V. The motor is correct but it has rectangular headlights. Shouldn't it have the Quad Round Lamps?

naw, i think quads are an option/ aftermarket install. my buddies 88 had rectanglular lights and i helped him do the quad swap...as well as the 16v engine swap. but the quads look a helovalot better, so do them anyways. congrats! .....i wanna mkII!!
