2009 tdi 3rd 4th gear hiccup

2009 tdi 3rd 4th gear hiccup
Anyone have this problem with their manual 2009 tdi where youll drive for a while, shut the car off and when you start driving again and shift into 3rd gear and 4th at about 2-5000 rpm it hiccups as if the car doesnt get fuel for about literrally a sec. or 2
