Wipers that just won't quit!!!!!
 

Any body have any suggestions on what could be wrong with my wipers........My 99 Golf's wipers(front & rear)turn on by themselves and are a b*#%h to turn off. I think it may be a short right in the steering colum because alot of the time they turn on when i use the turn signals. Can anyone tell me if this is a module or what not that would need to be changed or am i looking for shorted out wires....I use the car everyday so any down time has to be minimal, that's why i am asking before i open up the steering colum and get in over my head! Thanks!!
