what needs to be replaced when installing cams?

gonna be getting my cams installed in next couple of weeks and wanted to know what parts are recommended when swapping cams. is it just 2 cam bolts? if so, what part number are they? where can i find all the torque specs at? sorry but i dont have a bentley. thanks guys!
