What is this, found it while detailing

What is this, found it while detailing
So I it my car back, it was in the body shop getting a new bumper and fixing the fender, well I decided to give it a good cleaning and I found this greaselike substance that is only on the passenger side and I think it's coming from the door, but I'm not sure
