vw golf mk4 rear interior light please help!!

Hi guys i've been trying to remove the light case of the rear interior light but cant seem to do it.. does anyone know how to, if you do please let me know asap thank you!

forgot to say I'm talking about the rear lights on the roof, NOT the ones mounted on the door panels.
