Default Tach Wire

I'm putting a remote start on a 2001 Golf 1.8T. The instructions say to tie into a Tachometer wire ( color is "green/stripe" ) at the ignition coil (of which this engine has 4 and none of which have a green/stripe wire.)

Does anybody know where this tach wire is on this vehicle????

Thanks!!!!!!

2001 VW Golf (4dr) 1.8T Automatic

I found the tach signal wire behind the guage cluster, driver side (blue plug), the wire is green/yellow...

This did not work on my Honda or my Jeep (I had to go into the engine compartment) but it works on this vehicle! Hope this helps!
