Not sure if anyone has had this problem - I turned on my car and my rear wiper went on (even though it was switched to the 'off' position). I moved the stalk to the 'on' position and then put it back to the off position and it still didn't turn off. I had to actuall shut off the car and restart it for the wiper to stop. This has happened several times. Any one have a clue? Thanks.
