Hi everyone, need some help if possible as my local vw service is closed for the night and i need to use my car tonight to go to work.

my headlight switch broke and i cannot turn my headlights on/off (it is currently in the off position).

the switch seems to have broken off and i can pull out the whole switch and it appears as if the piece holding the switch to the console broke off on the end of the console.

anyone know how i can turn on / off my lights without the switch? or if i can use something to turn the parts on the inside of the switch?

 

Remove the switch and directly join the wires until you buy new one.
Is this kind of switch in your 2003 Volkswagen Golf Car?
