Mk4 Golf Scraping
Hey guys just joined :)
I bought a mk4 golf couple weeks back and have been having scraping issues over high speed bumps even at like 1mph. its seems to be when the front wheels leave the speedbump the car seems to be lower on the front (the front has old suspension and the back has newer suspension) but the suspension is in different places from front to back Just wanted to see what you think as im not sure what to do about it or whats what. How high are you talkin'? Mine sits pretty low and I've never had a speed bump problem cept for a couple that are almost curb height (5 to 6 inches where I'm at). O'reilly's sells these things you can put in your coils to raise it a little. Not sure if they work all that well tho. Here's a link to there spacer things List: Coil Spring Boosters | O'Reilly Auto Parts
