yawrite, im new to this forum and was wonderin if anyone can help me. i have just installed a new gear box in my mk3 golf gti ,and i am experiencing a problem with the clutch arm . it does not lift up high enough to engage the clutch.i have started the car in gear with the clutch cable disconnected and it drives so no problem there and i have pulled the clutch cable right out on its adjustment but its the arm itself it just wont lift up high enough . hope someone out there can help thanks
